Bengal Badges

image of a Bengal Badge student ID cardAs of June 16th, 2020 all new students will receive an email with instructions on how to submit their photo online for inclusion on their Bengal Badge.

All new students get their first Bengal Badge for free. Students in need of a replacement will be charged $20 for each replacement badge. Nursing badges, which are separate from the student's Bengal Badge, are $5 for the first one and $5 per replacement.

Bengal Badges contain a library bar code necessary for checking out materials. Bengal Badges are also used as a meal plan card, access to the Sports Center and special events on and off campus that offer special student discounts. All badges MUST be validated each semester. The Student Affairs Office provides the validation stickers upon proof of current enrollment.

Students may pick up their Bengal Badge anytime Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm at the Student Affairs office located in Cyr Hall. For any questions or concerns, students may reach out to the Student Affairs office at: 207-834-7587.
