Commencement is a time to celebrate graduating seniors and the University of Maine at Fort Kent held its first virtual commencement ceremony on May 9th.
The University of Maine System Chancellor Dannel Malloy welcomed all UMFK graduates and University Interim President Dr. Tex Boggs shared his personal thoughts during these difficult times.
UMFK senior class president, Glenroy Osbourne, addressed his fellow graduates. Mr. Osbourne is from Portland, Jamaica, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in behavioral science.
