The University of Maine at Fort Kent Student Activities will host a coffee house featuring singer/songwriter Daniel Morin, of Enigmatic North, on Wednesday, April 9 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Bengal's Lair.
UMFK students and employees may attend free. Admission for community members is priced at $5.
Dan Morin is a music educator, owner/operator of Studio 460, a studio dedicated to the study of music and all stringed instruments and operates a luthier trade, where he specializes in the repair of cellos, violas, violins, and guitars. His clientele range from Quebec to many parts of New England.
Dan has been a past director of the Maine Songwriters Association and a member of the Grammy Association.
His pastimes include the study of foreign languages and cultures, Japanese history and watercolor.
Daniel Morin resides in Grand Isle, Maine.
