The University of Maine at Fort Kent has been named among the top tier of all north region colleges for the ninth consecutive year, according to the U.S. News & World Report 2020 rankings.

The University of Maine at Fort Kent is pleased to host the traveling exhibition, MAPS (Maine-Aomori Printmaking Society), from September 28^th through November 2^nd in the Blake Library Gallery. The gallery will be open during regular library hours.

The University of Maine at Fort Kent's Blake Gallery is featuring "La Palette de Coul׳Art" a collection of artwork by local artist Gert Thibodeau from August 15 – September 26. The exhibit is free and open to the public.

The University of Maine at Fort Kent is pleased to announce that recently hired full-time professor of Public Safety and Criminal Justice, Marilyn Epp, was recently awarded the Investigative Achievement Award by the Department of Justice. Ms. Epp earned this award for her outstanding work on one of her Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) cases before being hired by UMFK.

“Peter Archambault or The Art of Transforming an Ethnic Slur Into a Cultural Icon” is currently on display at the Acadian Archives acadiennes of the University of Maine at Fort Kent campus.

The University of Maine at Fort Kent Summer Theatre will perform William Shakespeare’s “Richard III” from Thursday, July 25th through Sunday, July 28th at Fox Auditorium on the UMFK campus.

The University of Maine at Fort Kent Athletic Department will offer a week-long, action-packed Bengal co-ed soccer camp from Monday, July 22nd through Friday, July 26 at the UMFK Sports Center.   Registration is open to all entering pre-K through grade 12.
