Let's greet them with a big Bengal Hello!
It may officially be summer, but there is certainly no slowing of the pace welcoming new members of the University of Maine at Fort Kent learning community for Fall Semester 2021!
Here is an update on our incoming colleagues and information on some exciting new roles for familiar faces as well.
Even as we catch our breath after the close of the academic year, it's already time to welcome the newest members of our UMFK learning community as they come on board and begin preparing for the open of our Fall Semester 2021.
Let's meet them and give them a big Bengal Hello!
If you're looking for some solid signs that spring is coming, look no farther than your watch or alarm clock. Sunday, March 14, Daylight Saving Time returns with the promise of more opportunities to get outside and pursue your health and fitness goals for 2021. Beyond moving your clocks ahead, it's also a moment to perhaps pause and think about ways to push forward to achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle as well.
For many of us, the spring and summer featured not just our own adjustment to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, but significant demands upon us to ensure both the safety and well-being of others. While there can be much reward in taking good care to be certain our families and colleagues are attended to, it can leave individuals feeling as if they are unable to find appropriate opportunities to take care of their own needs and challenges.
In challenging times, knowing where to find information when you need it most is so important and that's why we've sought to capture all of the current resources, both on campus and around the University System in one handy reference.
