UMFK has rolling admissions, which means that applications are accepted throughout the year for each upcoming semester. Applications received before August 15 for the Fall semester and January 10 for the Spring semester will be given priority consideration. Admissions decisions are also on a rolling basis so as applications are completed, decisions are mailed.

Accelerated Nursing students can only be admitted for the summer or fall semesters. The application deadlines are March 30th for summer or July 15th for fall.

Financial Aid Application Deadline

The priority filing date for completing a Financial Aid file to UMFK is March 31. We recommend submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to the federal processing center by February 1. Although consideration for assistance will be given at any time during the year, it is in your best interest to apply as early as possible after October 1.
